I can't f**king believe why there is STILL a gridlock of 5-10 minutes at the not-so-busy Paseo de Roxas intersection of Gil Puyat Avenue, i.e. ONLY THAT PART for the whole EDSA to Ayala Avenue stretch. It wasn't that bad yesterday, wasn't raining really and there was no sight of blockage at all.
